Kendall Jenner wants to prove she can “outdo” Kim Kardashian West and reportedly thought her older half-sister’s decision to appear naked on the cover of GQ was “really embarrassing.”
The 18-year-old model reportedly branded her older half-sister’s cover of British GQ magazine, in which she appears nude, “really embarrassing” and stripped down for her own risky photoshoot with Victoria’s Secret photographer Russell James in a bid to show people she is a much better model.
A source told the UK’s Star magazine: “Kendall finds Kim taking her clothes off really embarrassing and decided to prove that she could outdo her big sister.”
The insider added: “She’s told Kim she doesn’t want to be publicly associated with the Kardashian circus and its trashy reputation anymore.”
Kendall, who is currently in Italy for Milan Fashion Week, previously admitted she banned Kim, 33, from attending her runway shows.
She said: “She called me before and was like, ‘Hey I was invited to the show, I just wanted to let you know.
She added: “I want to be high fashion. I want to be taken seriously.
“People think that this [success] just came to me. But it didn’t. What I have has almost worked against me.”
Celebrity blogger Perez recently predicted a major bust-up is brewing between Kendall, her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, 17, and their older half-sisters, including Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian.
He said: “Kendall and Kylie are the future. People are interested in their edgy style and crazy antics.
“Kim, Kourtney and Khloé are simmering with jealousy! The whole thing’s bound to end in a massive b***h fight!
